The Department of Human Services (the Agency) is seeking a Contractor (Service Provider) to inspect, clean and repair the water tower on the Agency campus. The Agency anticipates that the term of any resulting contract will be six (6) months beginning on February 1, 2022. Services must be completed by May 1, 2022 Bidders may contact Karen Callaway, Purchasing Agent 2, at kcallaw@dhs.state.ia.us with questions related to the interpretation of this Informal Competitive Solicitation and the procurement process The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to advertise for new proposals, to abandon the need for such services, and to cancel this Informal Competitive Solicitation at any time prior to the execution of the written contract.
