As of November 30, 2022, construction has been completed as of August, 2022. The Lubbock Independent School District is soliciting Request for Proposal No. B1922 Hardening at Brown and Overton Elementary Schools. Brown Elementary School: 2315 36th Street Lubbock, Texas 79412 Overton Elementary School: 2902 Louisville Ave. Lubbock, Texas 79410 The Lubbock ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all formalities. A. The Project consists of the Work on Brown Elementary School located at 2315 36th Street, Lubbock, Texas, and Overton Elementary School located at 2902 Louisville Ave., Lubbock, Texas. 1. The Work shall include, but is not limited to, alterations and hardening to the existing Brown Elementary School, and the existing Overton Elementary School as illustrated in the Contract Documents. 2. All permits necessary for the completion of the Work. Permits shall include, but are not limited to, all Federal EPA, State of Texas Commission of Environmental Quality and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan notices and permits plus City of Lubbock permits. 3. The Contractor shall provide a Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPP). 4. Procure all required and necessary City of Lubbock and State of Texas Certifications needed for the Owner's occupancy of the Project. 5. Provide appropriate "Background Checks" on any and all persons involved in the construction activities in a form acceptable to the Owner. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
