Texas Tech University ("TTU") is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal ("RFP") to place and service roll-off dumpsters ("Dumpster Services") throughout the campus and remote campus locations. These dumpsters will be used for the disposal of trash including but not limited to old furniture and some construction debris. The dumpsters will not be used for asbestos-containing debris and other hazardous materials. TTU is also seeking competitive responses to an RFP for portable toilet rental and all support and maintenance services for portable toilets ("Portable Toilet Services"). The Proposer must respond to at least one scope, either Dumpster Services or Portable Toilet Services. The Proposer may respond to both scopes. The Proposer does not have to provide both service options. TTU may award multiple Contracts to fully support the needs of the campus. Bid open info - A public Proposal Opening will be conducted via an online meeting at the date and time shown in Section Schedule of Events. At this time, the names of the Proposers will be read aloud, and the meeting will be terminated. No pricing or other information will be discussed at this meeting. Question Deadline 12/15/2022 at 3:00 PM CT TTU will collect all questions and respond after the Submission Deadline through an Addendum to the RFP that will be distributed through electronically TTU has the right to reissue this RFP in order to gain additional competitive Proposals. If TTU reissues this RFP, any Proposer who has submitted a Proposal, may elect to resubmit the original Proposal. TTU reserves the right to evaluate Proposals against any governmental agency, institution of higher education, or purchasing cooperative contract to determine Best Value.
