The City of Lubbock is requesting the services of a qualified Consultant to provide professional engineering services for the Northwest Loop 289 Interceptor Improvements Project. The requirements described in this Section are neither limited nor comprehensive in nature. Consultant shall, at a minimum, perform or make provisions for the following as applicable: . Evaluate the existing wastewater system infrastructure and configuration. . Evaluate existing and projected populations in the service area. . Evaluate wastewater system improvements necessary in order to provide appropriate service to the West Lubbock area based on existing and projected populations. . Compose and complete a Preliminary Design Report for this project. . Complete set of all necessary engineering drawings and specifications to successfully bid, award, and construct water system improvements identified as needed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
