The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will only be accepting Bids electronically at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud to consider entering into a contract with a qualified licensed Contractor to replace all parking lot and walkway pole heads at The Ranch Events Complex Campus. Question Acceptance Deadline 12/13/2021 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No The Contractor at a minimum, will provide, perform, and/or furnish the following: 5.1. Maintain a fully staffed crew to adequately provide for all items in this scope. 5.2. Maintain close and continuing first-line supervision of all personnel. 5.3. Coordinate construction schedule with County staff to ensure all work is scheduled around campus events. 5.4. Exercise safe industry work practices. All work shall be in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications, national and local regulations, ordinances, and codes, including all OSHA guidelines. 5.5. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, bonds, transportation, shipping, training, testing, and anything else reasonably needed to successfully deliver to The Ranch a fullyilluminated property as per the Photometric study
