The City of North Lauderdale is seeking a qualified Contractor to demolish and dispose of a single-family residence located at 6411 SW 16th Court North Lauderdale FL, 33068 per the order served by the Broward County Unsafe Structure Board on November 17, 2021. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the demolition of this single-family residence, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Scope of Work. The City of North Lauderdale, in accordance with the requirements stated in CFR 200.321, encourages the active participation of minority businesses, women s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms as a part of any subsequent agreement whenever possible either as prime contractors or subcontractors. The City of North Lauderdale is not liable for any costs incurred by a Proposer in responding to this solicitation.
