Site work for a water / sewer project in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project provides for relocating approximately 10,500 LF of gravity sewer lines and 7,500 LF of water lines. The NCDOT will let this project (U-2579 AB) in December 2021, which is the Northern Beltway Eastern Section (future I-74) from I-40 to Salem Parkway/US 421. The selected firm will provide inspection services, review submittals and some construction administration for the utility relocations on both projects. All questions concerning this request for Letters of Interest or the scope of this work should be directed to Todd Lewis: toddl@cityofws.org. Questions will be accepted through 5:00 PM, March 3, 2022. If you feel the information provided is inadequate to submit a Letter of Interest, please contact Todd Lewis @ 336-727- 6842 or by e-mail. The firm selected will be notified by telephone. Notification will be given to those firms that were not selected by e-mail. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
