Pre-qualifications must be submitted no later than ten (10) business days prior to bid opening, and bidders must be Pre-qualified a minimum of ten (10) days prior to bid opening. Category License 00 - Selective Demolition and Abatement C21 & C22 03 Concrete, and Asphalt B or C-8 07 Gypsum, Plaster, Roug Carpentry, and Insulation C-9 & C-35 09 Roofing & Sheet Metal C-39 or C-43 12 Ceramic Tile C-54 13 Acoustical Ceilings C-2 14 Flooring C-15 15 Painting C-33 16 Specialties B 17 HVAC C-20 18 Plumbing C-36 19 Electrical & Low Voltage C-10 21 Doors & Hardware B or D16 & D24 22 Fencing C13 This project must conform to the revisions to California Education Code Section 17407.5 (mandated by AB 566 and SB 693), and Public Contract Code Section 2601 (as amended by SB418). As such, all Miller Construction subcontractors, and their subcontractors at every tier, are required to provide a complete "Skilled and Trained Workforce". Failure to provide the appropriate certificates and documentation shall deem the Bid Non-Responsive. Monthly certification of a Skilled and Trained Workforce is required and a prerequisite for payment. Labor Compliance Notice: The DISTRICT/LEASE LEASE-BACK CONTRACTOR, being the awarding body, is entitled to request certified payroll records for inspection, pursuant to Section 1776 of the Labor Code. Weekly CPR for subcontractors and all lower tier subcontractors must be uploaded to the DIR.
