Interior finish upgrades include new paint, new ceiling tiles and grid, new flooring, new millwork, new wall finishes, and new lighting where indicated. Refer to cover sheet for each campus for detailed description of scope. Construction is scheduled to begin approximately March 1, 2022 and is scheduled to be completed no later than March 1, 2023. Contractor to coordinate work to be completed during times when schools are not in session, unless otherwise coordinated and accepted by school district.
