ICT Project No. 200386 The execution of this SOW will be performed near the Oak Ridge Turnpike/SR 58 interchange. The physical address is 3707 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN. Work is located on a Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) site managed and operated as part of the Y-12 National Security Complex, a government-owned facility, by Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (CNS) (the Company), for the Department of Energy (DOE), in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This work is not located on the Y-12 campus and therefore will be performed outside both the Y-12 Protected Area (PA) and the Property Protection Area (PPA). This project will construct a new approximately 34,000 square foot two-story building for the Simulated Nuclear & Radiological Activities Facility (SNRAF) at the new Oak Ridge Enhanced Technology & Training Center (ORETTC), approximately five miles west of the Y-12 National Security Complex (Y-12) and adjacent to State Route SR95/SR 58 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The project includes the following major activities: 1. High and low bay training rooms for physical and AR/VR simulated activities. 2. Classrooms and collaboration rooms with distance learning, video conference andAR/VR simulations. 3. Lab Support rooms with receiving dock. 4. Administration department with offices and open office areas. 5. Open west stair to the roof for access, egress, defensive and tactical training. Enclosed east stair for access and egress. 6. Support facilities with lobby, break rooms, elevator, restrooms and locker rooms.
