Renovation of a fire / police facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Fire Department Training Tower Repair The scope of work is set forth in the attached project specifications, project drawings, and sample contract. This project entails the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to demolish the existing damaged stairs and handrails located in the Oak Ridge Fire Department's training tower, repair and replace them as necessary, and to provide shop drawings which must be approved prior to construction. The training tower is located at Fire Station No. 3, 333 Tuskegee Drive, Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830. A detailed description of the work is set forth in Attachment A, which includes a specific description of the required finished product and the materials to be used. Additional questions will be allowed until 8:00 A.M. on March 22, 2022.
