The City of Oak Ridge TN is seeking bids on for two (2) skid mounted, centrifugal split case, end suction pumps. Each pump package shall include pump base, pump, motor, coupling and coupling guard. Each pump shall meet the following duty points: 750 GPM @ 120 ft of head 3 phase 480 Volt Static Line pressure 0-psi Intake, 35-psi Discharge. 4" Suction X 4" Discharge. Flanged Meet specified GPM and Head requirements at or below a maximum of 1800 rpm Pumps will be used in the City's potable water supply and shall meet all AVVWA requirements for such use. Pumps will be used in a Municipal water system and shall be of grade and quality for such system. Both pumps motor and bases shall at a minimum meet the following specifications: Pump Data Double Suction Split Case Pump. Execution, Clockwise Rotation (viewed from motor end) Number of Stages 1. Service Factor 1.15 Frame Size- 365TS. Voltage 460. Inverter Rated. Bidder Responsibilities Submitted pumps shall include performance curve for pumps submitted at time of bid. Submitted bids shall include all technical data on pumps and motors. Bidder shall provide one (1) day of start-up service. Bidders office shall be within 150 miles of Oak Ridge, TN so that reliable and timely service and support of product can be delivered. Manufacture of pump shall provide a certified copy of the factory performed performance test prior to shipment and acceptance by the City of Oak Ridge. Any additions, deletions, or variations from the attached specifications must be noted. All bids shall be completed and submitted on the Bid Form provided and submitted on or before the time set for the opening of bids. Bids received after the time so set are late bids and will not be considered. Late bids, unmarked envelopes, and incorrectly marked envelopes will not be opened nor returned. No Electronic (emailed), telephoned or faxed bids will be accepted. If the bid is submitted by mail rather that hand-delivery, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as stated above. Bids submitted by mail should indicate on the outside envelope, lower left corner, the following: "Sealed Bid RFQ # 176896 to ensure it is delivered to the appropriate person at the City in a timely fashion.
