Renovation of an educational facility in Gloucester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The current pumps are ABS Model AFP 1046 4" dry pit submersible pumps, each with a 12.0 H.P., 230/460 volt/3 phase/60 cycle motor operating at 1750 rpm. Each pump is capable of delivering at least 585 gpm of wastewater at 41' tdh. Each pump has a 4" x 6" suction elbow reducer, pedestal mount assembly for dry pit installation, 30' of power control cord, and 20' of stainless steel lifting chain. Time is of the essence with this project as the school is operating on ONLY one 24-year-old sewer pump. Work can be done during school hours as long as safety protocols are followed. Field verification of piping sizes, valve types, and pump voltage are required. Bypass valves controlling flow to each drain field will need to be unearthed, checked for operation and replaced if needed.
