To solicit bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, expertise, and supervision to remove the existinf 2,870 sq.ft. ballasted EPDM roof and to replace. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County. The County of Gloucester is seeking bids from qualified firms (the "Bidder" or "Contractor") to furnish the goods and/or services described herein. Questions: Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Buyer not later than September 8, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred).
