Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,875-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
GRSM 149285/149368 - Rehabilitate GRSM Sugarlands Headquarters Campus Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg TN a) This acquisition is being conducted as full and open. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and associated Small Business Size Standard are noted in Section "K" of this solicitation. b) The estimated price range is more than $10,000,000 c) Refer to Section L for information regarding a Pre-Proposal Site Visit. d) Information and requirements stated in Section B thru J, to include all noted Attachments, apply to this Solicitation and subsequent Contract. e) Refer to Section L for Proposal Submittal requirements. f) This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available. When and if funds become available, a Contract will be awarded at that time. g) Do NOT use SAM/FedConnect for any correspondence, as the Government cannot communicate through these means. Offers shall submit their Questions, Proposals, and Acknowledge Solicitation Amendments as stated in Section L. Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the due date and time for proposals. Submit questions only though email to both of the following: Contracting Officer, Matthew Carpenter, matthew_carpenter@nps.gov Contract Specialist, Julia Sullivan, julia_sullivan@nps.gov Project no. P16PC00063 Proposal Questions Due Date: By 17:00 Mountain Time which is 15:00 am Eastern Time on January 31, 2023. The Government will try to answer all the questions and post the questions and answers as an amendment by the end of the day February 7, 2023.
