Renovation of a stadium in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
As of March 24 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Bidders bidding $25,000.00 or more must be licensed per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security will be required. Project: Rocky Top Sports World HVAC Modifications. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Total number of calendar days to substantially complete the Work: 120 days. Liquidated Damages Rate (from Agreement): $300/day. Bonds required under Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions will be based on the Contract Price.
