The project will consist of roof installation services for either a metal or membrane roofing system at two fish hatchery houses located in Lovell and one fish hatchery house located Powell, Wyoming. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet at each location. The State will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheets. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. All questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2021 by 2:00 p.m The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is seeking bids for roofremoval and new roofinstallation services at three (3) fish hatchery houses, owned by the Agency. Two (2) ofthe houses are located at the Tillett Springs Rearing Station, 195 County Road 16, Lovell, WY 82431, residence #1 (property #2573) and residence #2 (property #1142). One house is located at the Clarks Fork Hatchery, 38 Hatchery Road, Powell, WY 82435 residence #3 (property #2378). Depending on the cost, the Agency may choose to award bids for only two (2 roof replacements as opposed to all three (3). If submitting a bid for Bid Option 1 - Metal Roof, contractors must submit a bid for all three facilities. Ifsubmitting a bid for Bid Option 2 - Membrane Roof, contractors must submit a bid for all three facilities. Contractors are not required to bid on both options, but may submit bids for both options.
