Big Horn County School District #2 will accept bids for the Lovell High School Outdoor Marquee Sign Project The scope of this project is to include the engineering and installation of the desired outdoor marquee sign, the configuration of the systems within the existing network, appropriate training for district technical staff, and applicable documentation. The following are mandatory and must be included and addressed in the base total price of eligible services and not listed as options. 1. Installation must be done on-site and performed by manufacturer-certified technicians. 2. Installation will include all equipment proposed by winning bidder. 3. The vendor must provide same-day, onsite or remote support of the installation. 4. The vendor must provide proof of the ability to provide manufacturer's Tier III support. 5. Moves, adds, and changes must be provided at no additional charge during the "burn-\in" phase of the installation process (burn-in phase is during the initial install). Removal of the old marquee and pole before installation (if possible). Freight, shipping, applicable taxes, and other related costs must be included in the proposal.
