Renovation of a military facility in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
To furnish and install an add-on Secure Care Door Guardian System and Proximity Card Reader to Unit 4 at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home Expectations Required. o Install five (5) 850-SD Single Door UDE Kits (Panel, Receiver, and Box) o Install one (1) A02040901, 8-Channel Nurse Station o Install two (2) EXN4M Expansion Node -4 door o Install fourteen (14) P300HA Proximity Readers, on each door o Install one (1) AQM20-16F Power Supply for Readers/Locks -10 amp o Install nine (9) KS Remote Key switch with Boxes o Install one (1) RR Remote Release o Install twenty (25) #MHW Power Sounders o All work being performed is required during normal business hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. o Work to be performed in a workmanlike manner according to standard. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $100.00 per day will be assessed for each and every day the project remains incomplete beyond the established completion date. The State shall not and cannot permit an open-ended inquiry period, as this creates an unwarranted delay in the procurement cycle and operations of our agency customers. The State reasonably expects and requires responsible and interested bidders to conduct their in-depth bid review and submit inquiries in a timely manner.
