Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Meet outside elementary school main entrance (east side - door 6). Contractors are required to register with the Architect, complete a bidder information form, and provide a A.I.A. Document A-305 (Contractor Qualification Statement). The AIA A305 must be prepared for this specific project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, or a certified check payable to the order of the Owner if awarded the Contract, will furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond, execute the Contract and proceed with the work.
