Inspection, testing, refurbishment, repair, and replacement of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in the pumping and power plants and out-buildings with power related equipment at Northern California DWR facilities. The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional years. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions. Inquiries regarding the processing of this bid should be referred to Vinay Singh at vinay.singh@water.ca.gov. Bidder and any subcontractor(s) performing the work must possess and submit the following license, which must be valid and current throughout the term of the contract: C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor) license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Before commencing work under this contract, Contractor will furnish DWR with both a payment bond and a performance bond. Each bond will be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Anticipated start date of agreement is March 1, 2022 A bid may be rejected if conditional or incomplete, or if it contains any alterations of form or other irregularities of any kind. The State may waive any immaterial deviation in a bid. The State's waiver of immaterial defect shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with the objectives if awarded the Agreement. The State may reject all bids if deemed necessary.
