Bids are for miscellaneous multimedia classroom equipment including but not limited to District supplied interactive electronic displays, projectors, sound systems, and security cameras, and can include running power, outlets, raceways, cables, mounts, brackets, etc. Scope includes other related audio/visual and multimedia items that might not be listed here or in the four (4) specific items listed below and on the bid sheet. Quotes will sometimes be necessary and where necessary might require pricing on other equipment and parts of the awarded vendor/contractor under this solicitation. No cost will accrue to the District for any estimates or quotes. No mileage or trip charges will be allowed under this bid/contract.
