The Carlisle Baptist Church (also referred to as HCMBC in referenced documents) is seeking bids from Florida-licensed General Contractors for the Carlisle Rebuild- Phase 1 Project as detailed in the available clarifications document and the completed architectural, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings. The Howard Carlisle Memorial Baptist Church (HCMBC) is seeking Bids from Qualified Licensed General Contractors to construct a new sanctuary and atrium located at 835 S. Berthe Ave., Panama City, FL. The HCMBC Building Committee will manage the project. The new building will be constructed to plans and specifications by Mark Mercer & Associates, Inc. and the additional Minor Clarifications to Construction Drawings. Any questions regarding the project or bid package should be submitted in writing to the Rebuild Committee Chair, Mr. Kevin Wise at kwiser101@gmail.com and Cc'd to rebuild@carlislebaptist.com. Carlisle Baptist Church reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any and all bids and re-advertise.
