Renovation of a day care center in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
Each bidder MUST possess, at the time the bid is awarded, a valid Class B - General Building Contractor license and holds the appropriate license classification for specialty trades or subcontracts with the appropriately licensed specialty contractor(s) pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 3300. The successful prime contractor and subcontractors shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the duration of the contract. The CONTRACTOR and all subcontractors shall comply with the requirements set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 of the Labor Code. General prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in the locality in which the work is to be performed for each craft, classification or type of worker needed to execute the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Each bid must conform and be responsive to the bid documents and require a bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. During this time, all bidders shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective bids. *The Nazerian Group request bids by January 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. emailed to bids@nazerian.net*
