Davis School District is requesting bids for the window replacement at the Family Enrichment Center at 320 S 500 E, Kaysville, UT 84037. This project is federally funded; Davis/Bacon wages must be paid. Project estimate: $65,000 - $125,000 Completion Date: 2-5 months after award. . Bid Bond is required at the time of the bid and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after the RFB is awarded. Contract duration: 6 months *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Family Enrichment Center is looking to replace its windows with windows that can open for increased air flow and circulation in the building. The preferred windows will have an opening that slides to the left or right at the bottom of the window. This sliding window shown in the drawing meets the current needs and requirements for the Family Enrichment Center, but alternate window openings or styles will be considered. Contractors are encouraged to bid on both window opening options if they are available. The openings shall not exceed 1/2 the size of the window. Windows must meet or exceed the specifications for the Andersen Windows and Doors 100 Series windows. Davis School District will determine if the product meets or exceeds the needs of the District and specifications and requirements listed in this bid.
