**As of February 8, 2022 this project has been awarded to Granite Incliner, LLC for the amount of $1,097,358.30** As of February 3, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. The proposed work consists of: Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining of approximately 4,045 feet and Centrifugally Cast Fiberglass-Reinforced Polymer Mortar Pipe (CCFRPMP) Sliplining of approximately 40 feet of 36-inch diameter reinforced concrete sanitary sewer, including 80 vertical feet of manhole lining. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time will neither be read nor considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. The City of Sylvania reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid, to determine the lowest and best bidder, and to waive any informalities in bidding. The bid guaranty may be of two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in this booklet. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the City of Sylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. Upon acceptance of the work, a one year maintenance bond in the amount of 25% of the contract will be required to guarantee such work. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
