Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Stillwater, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Luzerne County is seeking proposals for the New Columbus Bridge 42505 Project. Responses will be provided via portal to all registered parties. The scope of work included but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, roadway restoration, milling and overlay, installation of culvert, E&S controls, earthwork, and maintenance and protection of traffic. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. The entire project will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. PA Prevailing Wages apply to this project. Contractors must be PennDOT prequalified. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of THE COUNTY OF LUZERNE, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% ofthe Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. CCLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/31/2021 10:00 AM Anticipated Notice of Award is being changed to the date of January 10, 2022. Anticipated Notice to Proceed is being changed to the date of March 12, 2022.
