As of April 11, 2022, This project has been awarded to Hanson Aggregates LLC. Additional award details are not available at this time. For further information, or to schedule a road inspection, contact Ethan Brewer, Roadmaster, at 570-402-1805 between the hours of 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Ross Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. All work must be completed by August 19, 2022 for the Road Paving contracts; liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $975.00 per day for each day beyond these dates that the work remains incomplete. The Ross Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. PA Prevailing Wages apply to the 2022 Road Paving (Base Road Bid and Additional Bid Items) contract only
