The bids will be presented to the Ross Township Board of Supervisors at the regularly scheduled meeting on MONDAY, APRIL 7, 2025 at 6:15 PM with the intent to Award. Questions Due Date: Mar 31st 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the "Ask a Question" feature in PennBid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Ross Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. All work must be completed by August 23, 2025, for the Bituminous Paving and Seal Coat (Road Bid) contracts; liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $975.00 per day for each day beyond these dates that the work remains incomplete. The Ross Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
