Project Size: New Construction - 12,206 SF Renovation - 26,319 SF (Including 2nd Floor interior addition) Project Description: The construction of a new multipurpose room and kitchen addition and miscellaneous alterations including: a second-floor infill at the existing auditorium; window replacement; exterior wall cladding; restroom upgrades; asbestos abatement; and selective interior finish upgrades. The Work includes site improvements and HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical upgrades. Carnegie Elementary Addition & Alterations Contracts: 02 HVAC Construction Bids shall be made upon the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount made payable to or indemnifying the Carlynton School District. In addition, submit the following with each bid: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractors Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority (if applicable).
