Site work and paving for a road / highway in Perry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work to be performed includes approximately 9,155 square yards of cold in-place recycling, 275 tons of Superpave leveling course, 825 tons of Superpave wearing course, as well as various pavement milling. Bidders are advised that PA Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry must be paid to all workers involved with this Contract. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. The selected Contractor for each contract shall provide a Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price for a period of one (1 ) year. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be substantially completed within sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Perry Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof or waive any defect.
