**As of June 27, 2024, This project has been awarded to Construction Masters Services, with the awarded amount of $118,912.50.** The project will be awarded by the Board of Supervisors at their monthly meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday June 11, 2024, at the same location. The Work to be performed includes approximately 1,325 square yards of select base repair, 525 tons of Superpave wearing course, as well as various pavement milling and other related work on various Township streets. Bidders are advised that PA Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry must be paid to all workers involved with this Contract. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. The selected Contractor for each contract shall provide a Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price for a period of one (1) year. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be substantially completed within sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed The Perry Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof or waive any defect. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations.
