Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
***As of February 10, 2022, the project was awarded but the award information was not confirmed.*** This is the second phase of the force main lift station at the Begley Building and is required to activate the system. Project details and specifications are found attached within the "Buyer Attachments" section of this solicitation event. This invitation is for completion of phase II for the lift station at the Begley Building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated. Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified firms to bid on the second phase of the force main lift station at the Begley Building. Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 7/15/2022 Questions & Answer Cutoff: 1/18/22 @ 4:00PM Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
