Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rotterdam, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,888-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; 3,850-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Rotterdam Fire District #2 will conduct public bidding on the above referenced Construction Project for Site Renovations and Improvements to its 1400 Curry Road, Schenectady NY 12306 facility/property. The project will encompass (but not be limited to) 43,000+/-sf of access road and parking lot reconstruction; concrete curbing, sidewalks, and pads; site utilities (electrical, water, and sanitary sewer); grinder pump installations; stormwater drainage and management system upgrades including a detention pond; interior building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction; new firehouse doorway vestibule and canopies; new 2,888sf (2)-story wood-framed storage garage; new 3,190sf wood-framed pavilion with 660sf CMU-enclosed kitchen, restrooms, and storage/utility room areas; site parking lot and building lighting, fencing, and miscellaneous landscaping.
