Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Fishers Island, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The awarded bidder is, C.R. Schultz Associates LLC --Option 1: Asphalt Shingles $88,400 --Option 2: Metal Sheeting $105,640 (Rot Repair: $9.50 per square foot) The Project consists of the replacement of the Movie Theater Roof. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum with alternate bid items on the bid form. A pre bid conference will not be held. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be forwarded direct to Geb Cook/ Manager Fishers Island Ferry District by email gcook@fiferry.com by May 4, 2022. This is a Public Works Project.
