**Per Addendum 8 the bid date has been extended to 04/25/24** Bids will be received for the Fisher's Island School will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the projects titled "Fisher's Island School Renovation" NYSED for the Fisher's Island Board of Education. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for 100% Performance and Payment Bond and Bonds, in the forms included in the Specifications A satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five thousand dollars shall be submitted with each bid. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to: The Fisher's Island Board of Education and shall be properly executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties. All bonds must be from sureties listed on the most recent IRS Circular 570. This project requires compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity provisions of Executive Order 11246; Non-Discrimination Provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Prevailing Wage determinations as issued by the New York Department of Labor; and other provisions outlined in the bid documents. Bids, to receive consideration, must be in the hands of the authorized representative no later than the day and hour mentioned above. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) days after the opening of bids, without the consent of the above Authority. The Fisher's Island Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or; to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of Fisher's Island Board of Education.
