Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dubois, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The construction budget for the project is estimated to be in the range of $400,000 to $425,000. Replacement of Flocculator Nos. 1 and 2 at the DuBois Water Treatment Plant. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 21-02: General Construction Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The City of DuBois reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the City of DuBois, and to reject any or all proposals. Clarification deadline 1/13/2022 4:00 pm *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
