Project No.: G534, 177.715 DSA No.: A 04-117813, File No. 33-30 This is a Lease-Leaseback project for Moreno Valley USD consisting of a new MPR/Kitchen Building, 6 Classroom Building Modernizations and various campus site improvements. Tilden-Coil Constructors is the awarded Lease-Leaseback General Contractor for this project. Per PCC 20111.6, if not already prequalified, all MEP subcontractors are required to be prequalified with Moreno Valley USD and must submit a prequalification questionnaire with QualityBidders.com ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. Bids will not be accepted from a Subcontractor holding an MEP, Solar or Sheet Metal License: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 that has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. The Current list of MVUSD Prequalified contractors can be obtained by visiting Electronically RFI Contact - Josiah Salgado - jsalgado@tilden-coil.com Requests for information for this project is due by 5:00 pm December 29, 2021.
