The County of Riverside (County) is offering an opportunity for program management firms to submit a "Statement of Qualifications" (SOQ) to the County to provide program management consulting services for two projects: Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Medical Center Expansion located at 26520 Cactus Avenue in Moreno Valley and the RUHS Behavioral Health Resource Recovery Village Expansion in Hemet (see RFQ Attachment B Hemet Site). Successful responders would have an opportunity to submit proposals for services as summarized below and further described in detail in the RFQ Attachment A Program Management Scope of Work: Oversite and Coordination of Programing/Conceptual Stage Oversite and Coordination of Schematic Design Stage Oversite and Coordination of Design Development Stage Oversite and Coordination of Contract Document Stage Oversite and Coordination of Construction Stage Oversite and Coordination of Post Construction Stage Staffing/Duration During Each Stage Specifically, the County seeks to qualify firms with knowledge and experience in HCAI/OSHPD medical facilities and behavioral health resource facilities.
