*As of June 16, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded and all trades are let. The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. Georgia State University (GSU, Using Agency) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Contractor services for the project known as Project No. 0002-019-22, Sparks Hall, Phase 3, 3rd Floor, HVAC Upgrades at Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project, will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owners Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP). GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GSU. The Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) for this project is $375,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances. The scope of work for this project will include complete removal of all existing ceilings, lighting, mechanical equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls as required by the contract documents. New systems and components will be installed per the contract documents.
