Site work and paving for a civil project in Byron, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Sanitary sewer improvements include over 1700 LF of pipebursting existing 8" sewer, 53 san. sewer service repairs of varying types, 3 point repairs on existing sewer mains, & service transfers with cleanouts installed on pipebursted lines. This project also includes approx. 340 tns of asphalt overlay, 31 VF of manhole rehabilitation, various manhole repairs, pavement replacement, traffic striping, & over 8800 LF of post construction video inspection. Work will also include any ancillary items necessary to complete the san. sewer improvements. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Bidder agrees to commence work under this Agreement on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the work within 150 consecutive calendar days from the "Notice to Proceed" date.
