Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of this project features the demolition and replacement of existing air handling units servicing different areas of the building. The Laboratory area on the fourth floor is serviced by a make-up air unit (MUA) in the penthouse mechanical room designated as SF-1. The office areas are serviced by the Administration Air Handling System SF-2 located in the penthouse mechanical room. The west stairwell is cooled by a packaged rooftop unit designated as SF-5 which uses R-22 as a refrigerant. The majority of the exhaust fans are housed in the mechanical penthouse or outdoors on the roof. The project also includes the demolition and replacement of existing humidifier dispersion grid, glycol heating and chilled glycol pumps in the mechanical room.
