This Request for Quotation (the RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the City) to prospective proponents/bidders to submit proposals/quotes for the provision of Materials Testing Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The City requires Materials Testing services for Density Testing, Concrete Testing, and Asphalt Pavement Coring and Testing. The City anticipates an aggregate value of $400,000 over the full term of the resulting agreement; however, the aggregate value is based on estimates for operational requirements. At any time, the actual worth is subject to change and unforeseen developments can result in an increase or decrease. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with three (3) options in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.
