Planters and rock are alternate items. The successful bidder will work with the City Clerk-Treasurer to develop the most appropriate landscape project spring planting timeline. The City of Rice Lake reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bids(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. The City will also have the right to select the desired components(s) based on budgetary restrictions and further negotiate with bidder(s) deemed most advantageous. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of bid opening.
