As of 1/18/22 just got an update from Grady Saxon that the new bid date is 2/17/22 unsure if the time changes, but Grady said they will update their website with the info soon. Per Michelle they are in the process of extending the bid since they received less than the minimum number of bids. She said there is no further info on the date that it will rebid at this time. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for: Phase III Fencing Including Grading The location of the work is at the Millen Airport. Prospective bidders should read the following instructions carefully before submitting their bids. A Bidder's bond must be executed on the form furnished by the Owner, and the required bond, cash, cashier's check, or certified check must accompany each bid, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide the Owner with the affidavit required by OCGA 36-91-21(e), Competitive Awards Requirements, and OCGA 13-10-91, Contractor and Subcontractor EEV/Basic Pilot Program Affidavit. All work under the contract shall be completed within Ninety (90) Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed.
