Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Turtletown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

As of 1/21/22 they are rejecting the one bid they received and are going the route of a metal pole barn instead. Plan to have more information at the end of February 2022. Copper Basin Utility District is accepting bids for the construction of a new building located at the Water Plant property at 2597 Highway 68 Turtletown, TN. Building requirements shall consist of the following: 30 wide x 60 long Pole Barn which will be enclosed on the sides and back. Must be a Tennessee Licensed Contractor with evidence of insurance. The district reserves the right to reject all bids. The winner of the bid shall be the lowest QUALIFIED AND RESPONSIBLE bidder. Feel free to call the office at 423-496-5744 for further details.
