Renovation of a municipal facility in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove One (1) existing Cast Iron Burnham Boiler Model V-907 Replace with new Lochinvar firetube boiler Model FT850-M13 or Equivalent. INCLUDING: Min Thermal Eff - 97% Min Turndown - 7:1 HX material: 316L SS Labor and Materials for Installation including: Flow Switch Motorized Isolation Valve Condensate Neutralization Kit New Hot Water Piping as required Brass Well for System Sensor ASME relief valve to floor drain Pipe Neutralization Kit to drain Electrical wiring needs to be 120v/1ph Wire motorized isolation valve (120v) to boiler pump terminals New 6" CPVC flue for boiler, run all the way up and out Reconnect gas, provide factory startup and owner training ALT BID: Provide additional bid to replace 2nd boiler with same specs as covered in the base bid. McNairy County Government operates and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
