Renovation of an educational facility in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work is to remove all existing gutters/downspouts connected to metal roof areas at the UTM-Selmer location. Furnish and fabricate new 24 gage customer profile gutters. Fabricate 4x6 downspout out of 24 gage, install same number of existing. Install gutter brackets to every rib in the metal roof to support the front of the gutter. All gutter joints must be installed with pop rivets and the same color as metal. Seal all joints with metal sealant. Must have workers comp and liability insurance certificate available and provided prior to awarding project.
