Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Rector, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Rector School District is soliciting responses from qualified Construction Managers to provide Construction Management services for a proposed new high school, located at 520 West 5th Street, Rector, Arkansas 72461. Architect for the project is Brackett-Krennerich and Associates, P.A., 100 East Huntington Avenue, Suite D, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401. Written responses, at a minimum, should contain the following information: 1. Company profile and history 2. Experience of key personnel in Construction Management projects as the project delivery method 3. Experience with K-12 facilities 4. Current and projected work load and support staff 5. Prior experience with projects of this scope and size; including contract amount and contact information 6. Constructability reviews 7. Description/examples of construction cost estimating for (3) phases of design 8. Bid package development 9. Project construction scheduling 10. Current maximum bonding capacity and rate 11. Ability to self-perform capabilities 12. Methods for obtaining subcontractor bidding procurement and providing multiple bids on all bid packages 13.
