POTENTIAL BIDDERS A. Sealed Bids addressed to Owner will be received at Place of Bid until Time of Bid on Bid Date. B. General Contractors are required to prequalify to the approval of the Architect, no later than ten (10) days prior to submission of bids if they have not previously bid on a project for Architect or Owner within the previous twelve (12) months from bid date. Utilize AIA Form A305 - Contractor's Qualifi cation Statement. C. Bidders may view electronic fi les of the Bid Documents via Dropbox using website. Electronic fi les will be uploaded and available for viewing from 8 December 2021 to 6 January 2022. 1. Paper copies are viewable at the Offi ce of the Owner or Architect. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided by BWA Architects Tulsa offi ce once approved to bid. F. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. G. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
